Maisie joined the Teaching School Hub team in 2025 as an Administration Assistant Apprentice. Bringing three years of customer service experience from a background in retail, she focusses on delivering efficient, high-quality operational support. Her main role is managing the day-to-day administration for the Early Career Teacher Programme (ECTP), ensuring participants, tutors, and schools have everything they need to succeed.
