Professional Development Hub
The Professional Development Hub designs and delivers professional development programmes for teachers and leaders. Initially, the Institute team created programmes of professional development for educators within STEP Academy Trust, addressing the most pressing needs as identified by leaders; now the hub is working to support schools beyond the trust with the provision of high quality evidence-based professional development
CPD produced at the Institute is written and quality assured by the Institute team and can be delivered by our team or by leaders in schools. We partner with Steplab to host our asynchronous professional development content online, ready for access at a convenient time. We also work with facilitators of professional development programmes, developing and coaching them to make their facilitation as impactful as possible, whicle developing their understanding of teacher education.
