Equalitas is a DfE-accredited provider of school-based initial teacher training, rooted in subject and phase expertise and driven by a shared commitment to transformative practice.
Working in close partnership with schools across the South of England, Equalitas has supported hundreds of trainees to achieve Qualified Teacher Status through Teaching Apprenticeships and School Direct programmes. Outcomes are consistently strong, with completion and success rates well above the national average.
Training is carefully sequenced across the academic year and delivered through high-impact, in-person training days. Based in Central London’s Knowledge Quarter, Equalitas brings trainees into a connected community of subject experts, school leaders, and education professionals, united by a moral purpose to transform education for children and young people.
